4.Vietnam e-visa requires at least 5-7 working days processing before departure.

5.Halong Bay cruise itinerary depends on weather clearance from the coast guard.

6.Children below 5 years cruise free on most Halong boats; check individual cruise policy.

Cancellation Policy

•30+ days before departure: 15% deduction.

•15-29 days before departure: 35% deduction.

•7-14 days before departure: 60% deduction.

•Less than 7 days / no-show: 100% non-refundable.
